Pi In The Real World
Definition -

The letter π, used as the symbol for the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter.
the ratio itself: 3.141592+.


Uses for PI

· Pi is used to calculate the circumference of a circle
· Drawing, machining, plans, planes, buildings, bridges, geometry problems,radio, TV, radar, telephones,estimation, testing, simulation,global paths, global positioning,space science, orbit calculation,Space ships, satellites,Speedometers, cars and much more.

You use pi when make a wheel for a car. For example if you were a company that manufactured tires without pi you would not have a perfectly circled tire.
You all so use pi when makeing Domes because you must calculate its circumference by using pi. You also use use pi to calculate the circumference of planets.

Pi is also used on sports equipment such as basketballs, tennis balls, ping pong balls, vollyballs, and soccerballs. With out pi it would be hard to play sports because most sports relate to pi because with out it you could not bounce a ball properly. If a ball is not a perfect circle then it is hard to play the game.
